Jiaze Renewables: Infrastructure Public REITs Project Receives CSRC Registration Approval

Jiaze Renewables announced that its Guojin Jiaze New Energy Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund project, which uses the company's subordinate wind power projects as underlying assets, recently received a no-objection letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange for listing and transfer, and on September 14, 2026, received approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The fund is a contractual closed-end fund with a contract term of 16 years and total offering shares of 300 million. The fund manager is Guojin Fund Management Co., Ltd., and the custodian is Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. The offering must be completed within 6 months from the date of issuance of the approval, and the offering period shall not exceed 3 months from the date of sale. The company will promote the work related to the issuance and listing of the project.
