China Medical System Holdings announced that CMS-D001, a highly selective TYK2 inhibitor independently developed by the Group's subsidiary Demag Pharmaceutical, has previously been approved to conduct clinical trials for multiple indications. On September 11, 2026, CMS-D001 received the Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice for systemic lupus erythematosus issued by the NMPA, and it was received on September 14, 2026; the Group is actively preparing to carry out the relevant clinical trial work.
