The company said the trial, the Phase III PRESERVE-003 clinical trial, enrolled patients with squamous non-small cell lung cancer whose disease had still progressed after prior immunotherapy and chemotherapy; compared with standard chemotherapy, gotistobart nearly doubled survival.
