Hunan: Focus on the demand for sub-segments such as intelligent construction and regularly carry out the "Intelligent Robot +" initiative.

The General Office of the People's Government of Hunan Province has issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry." The opinions propose an open project for application scenarios. They focus on the demand in specific scenarios such as production line transformation, education and teaching, healthcare and wellness, logistics and distribution, cultural and tourism experiences, emergency rescue, smart agriculture, and intelligent construction, conducting the Intelligent Robot + initiative on a regular basis. Government departments and state-owned enterprises are encouraged to take the lead in opening up scenarios, dynamically releasing the list of robotic application scenarios and capabilities across the province. Each year, support is provided for around 20 typical scenarios, promoting application and promotion in fields like industrial manufacturing, service consumption, and special operations. Plans include establishing comprehensive robot service centers, supporting the formation of industrial platform companies, and developing new business models such as robot equipment leasing, robot services, secondary development, scenario docking, maintenance and remanufacturing, and data training.
