Shenzhen Longgang establishes a new municipal system of "electricity, transportation capacity, flight capability, and computing power" in collaboration.
Currently, the region has 949 unmanned delivery routes and has deployed 288 unmanned vehicles, with 265 dedicated night-time routes. Thanks to round-the-clock green power support, the capacity utilization rate has increased by 66%, and operational costs have decreased by 20%. Night-time delivery volume accounts for 40% of the total daily delivery, effectively addressing the shortcomings of urban night-time last-mile distribution. As ground transportation capabilities mature, Longgang is leveraging low-altitude resources to create an integrated governance framework for air and ground operations. The equipment is powered by electricity, all of which is coordinated through unified computational dispatch control, transforming urban governance from flat to three-dimensional. Now, Longgang has established 7 low-altitude industrial parks, 202 drone take-off and landing platforms, and a thousand control flight routes, and has launched the South China Low-Altitude Intelligent Integration Testing Base, attracting over 300 low-altitude related enterprises.
