The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council condemned Iran's repeated attacks on the oil tankers of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, stating that such attacks constitute an unacceptable escalation of the situation and a serious violation of the freedom of international navigation.
