According to an announcement by China Literature Group (00772.HK), the company will issue and allot a total of 1,839,900 shares on August 12, 2026, pursuant to the share purchase agreement dated August 13, 2018, and the supplemental deed dated August 27, 2020; and will issue a total of 4,630,400 new shares as rewards granted under the 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan adopted on May 15, 2020, and amended on May 22, 2023.
