Teda Co., Ltd. announced that its secondary subsidiary, Runtai Environmental Protection, has applied to the Bank of Communications for financing of 150 million yuan, with a term not exceeding 8 months, and the company will provide a joint liability guarantee; Yangzhou Teda Environmental Protection has applied to Jingkai Factoring for financing of 50 million yuan, with a term not exceeding 12 months, and the companys holding subsidiary, Teda Environmental Protection, will provide a joint liability guarantee. After this guarantee, the company and its holding subsidiaries will have a total guarantee balance of 9.162 billion yuan, accounting for 169.26% of the company's most recent audited net assets. The company's board of directors believes the risks are controllable and that there is no harm to the company's interests.
