On August 12, the Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosed that the application for the public offering of the Jiashi JD Warehouse Logistics Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Funds expanded shares has been accepted. So far, there are a total of 8 REITs in the Shanghai market that have completed expanded offerings, including the first batch in 2023 (Zhangjiang, Prologis) and 6 since 2025 (Beibao, Lingang, Dongjiu, Jingneng, Yuchao, Xiamen Anju). As of August 12, 2026, there are a total of 88 publicly listed REIT products in the market, of which 61 are in the Shanghai market, with a total market value exceeding 163 billion yuan. (Yicai)
