New Silicon Technology announces the successful verification of its first HBM4 IP test chip.

On August 12, Synopsys announced the successful verification of the world's first HBM4 IP test chip. The eye diagram results obtained from the test chip indicate that the system operates reliably and stably at a rate of 9.2 Gbps. Furthermore, the HBM4 IP test chip has completed interconnect verification with HBM memory chips, covering not only the PHY itself but also the interface architecture design, signal transmission schemes, and compatibility with real HBM DRAM. Currently, several clients have begun adopting Synopsys' HBM4 IP solutions.
