Tianjin: By 2028, the core output value of the city's intelligent robot industry will exceed 20 billion yuan.

Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau jointly issued the "Action Plan for the Innovative Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry in Tianjin." The plan proposes that by the end of 2028, the core output value of the city's intelligent robot industry will exceed 20 billion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of more than 15%. The supporting rate in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will rise to over 60%, forming a complete industrial ecosystem encompassing "research and developmentmanufacturingapplicationservice" and an entire industrial chain of "decision-making and controlbodycore componentsintegrated services." By then, the city will have established one intelligent robot innovation alliance, striving to create one to two national-level innovation platforms, focusing on tackling core technologies in intelligent robot master control chips, operating systems, reducers, servo motors, and forming 20 technical products. It aims to cultivate more than three enterprises with an output value exceeding 1 billion yuan and 20 national-level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises; to build the Tianjin Intelligent Robot Innovation Center and the Tianjin Intelligent Robot Agile Manufacturing Center, and create a number of demonstration experience centers; and to establish no fewer than 20 real-world training spaces, forming over 100 demonstration application scenarios in industrial manufacturing, special operations, and livelihood services. In terms of tackling core technologies, the focus will be on cloud collaboration chips and operating systems, enhancing the performance and quality of key components such as integrated controllers, lightweight high-load ratio biomimetic body structures, and high-integration joints, optimizing iterative innovation algorithm models, strengthening the supply of high-quality datasets, proposing the research and development of no fewer than 200 specialized industrial models, and forming no fewer than 100 high-quality datasets.
