Its business scope includes software development, network and information security software development, shared bicycle services, and electric bicycle sales, with its registered address located in Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Xigua Limited, which has made a capital contribution of 3 million USD. According to public information, Xigua Limited is a subsidiary of Meituan.
