Bank of China Fund: Executive President Zhang Jiawen has left office, and Chen Weixing will serve as acting president.

The announcement from China Bank Fund states that due to a work adjustment, Executive President Zhang Jiawen will resign on August 10, 2026. From that date onward, Chief Inspector and Vice Executive President Chen Weixing will act as Executive President until the new Executive President assumes office. Chen Weixing has held multiple positions at Bank of China, joined China Bank Fund in 2022, and possesses qualifications for fund management. He holds a master's degree and a doctorate. The aforementioned changes have been approved by the company's board of directors and have been filed accordingly.
