According to reports, SK Hynix has restarted the construction of the No. 2 NAND flash memory production facility in Dalian, China, expanding its capacity by approximately 50%. The Dalian No. 2 factory began construction four years ago but was long stalled due to the downturn in the memory industry. SK Hynix plans to introduce semiconductor production equipment by the end of this year and officially commence production in the first half of next year.
