Senqilin announced that the company received a letter from Guotai Junan regarding the replacement of the continuous supervision sponsor representative. The original sponsor representative, Ye Shengyin, is unable to continue in the role due to job changes, and Guotai Junan has appointed Ge Longlong as the replacement. As of the announcement date, the statutory supervision period for the initial public offering project in 2020 and the private placement project in 2023 has expired, but it is still necessary to issue a verification report on the fundraising situation for the year 2026. After the change, the continuous supervision sponsor representatives are Chen Yichao and Ge Longlong.
