Shenzhen Energy announced that the 52nd meeting of the 8th Board of Directors was held on August 11. The meeting approved Li Zhuoge's resignation as board secretary due to a work adjustment, while he will continue to serve as vice president, and Sheng Yangyi was appointed as the new board secretary; the performance responsibility letter for senior management for 2026 was approved; it was agreed that Ce Heng Company would separately invest in the Biyou Luojing, Shuangjiang Langda, and Yangbaze Mutang wind farm projects, with total investments of 606 million yuan, 609 million yuan, and 588 million yuan, respectively, of which their own funds will be 121 million yuan, 122 million yuan, and 118 million yuan, with the shortfall to be financed; Western Energy Company will provide additional capital of 96 million yuan, 122 million yuan, and 118 million yuan for the projects, respectively; five systems have also been redefined.
