Beijiete: Subsidiary completes industrial and commercial changes after acquiring 55% equity of Jinxin Metallurgy for 54.34 million yuan.

Beijiete announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijiete New Materials, has acquired a 55% stake in Jinxin Metallurgy through equity transfer and capital increase for 54.34 million yuan. Specifically, 30.89 million yuan was used to purchase a 41% stake, followed by an additional capital increase of 23.45 million yuan. Recently, Jinxin Metallurgy completed the industrial and commercial change registration, and Beijiete New Materials will directly hold a 55% stake in it, which will be consolidated into the financial statements.
