(02551.HK) announced that based on a preliminary review of the groups unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (the reporting period) and existing other information, the group expects to (1) achieve operating revenue of approximately RMB 1.075 billion to RMB 1.1 billion during the reporting period, a decrease of about 1% to 3% compared to the six months ending June 30, 2025; and (2) incur a net loss of approximately RMB 53 million to RMB 58 million (for the six months ending June 30, 2025: net profit of RMB 11.23 million).
