Apple responded to the removal of access to the Q&A manual: we did not receive any notification, and the "Apple Smart Usage Q&A" feature has not yet been launched in mainland China.

Regarding the removal of the document titled "Using Apples Smart Features with Qianwen on Mac," Apple customer service recently responded to Sina Technology, stating: Whenever we have a feature or new project to be released, we are notified in advance. Currently, we have not received any such notification, and the Apple Smart Features with Qianwen function has not been launched in mainland China. Yesterday, a support document named "Using Apples Smart Features with Qianwen on Mac" appeared on Apple's official website in the Simplified Chinese Mac user manual, explicitly mentioning that Apple Smart can work with Alibaba's Qianwen model. However, this document was deleted by Apple less than 24 hours after its publication. On July 15 of this year, Alibaba responded that Qianwen would be integrated as AI capabilities into Apple Smart, covering users in China on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS.
