As Typhoon "White Dolphin" approaches, the sea winds in coastal areas like Zhoushan, Zhejiang, continue to rise, prompting multiple departments to be on high alert. In a race against the wind and rain, on August 8, the Zhoushan Border Inspection Station, in conjunction with the maritime department and others, opened a green channel, swiftly assisting 26 crew members of both Chinese and foreign vessels to disembark urgently for safety, safeguarding their lives with speed. On the evening of the 7th, a Panama-flagged refrigerated ship carrying 35 crew members was scheduled to dock at Zhoushan Huichun Wharf for unloading operations. However, due to the influence of the typhoon's outer circulation, the winds and waves on the sea suddenly intensified, forcing the vessel to temporarily anchor in a non-open sea area south of the Ma Zhi anchorage to seek shelter. As the typhoon warning was upgraded and sea winds continued to strengthen, the ship received a safety notification: with a high concentration of personnel on board and increasing risks from wind and waves in the anchorage area, it was imperative to quickly transfer 26 crew members ashore to avoid safety hazards from the extreme weather. The emergency assistance request was promptly sent to the Zhoushan Border Inspection Station.
