On August 9, the Ministry of Transport conducted point-to-point dispatching with the Transportation Department of Zhejiang Province, the Zhejiang Maritime Safety Administration, the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission, the Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration, the Transportation Department of Fujian Province, and the Fujian Maritime Safety Administration. It is essential to strengthen risk assessment and hazard detection, base actions on the worst-case scenarios, and highlight the principles of "strict, detailed, and practical." Close tracking of typhoon paths and rainfall changes is necessary, along with robust implementation of proactive defense measures such as "response, inspection, and control," and fulfilling requirements for "closure, suspension, evacuation, and diversion."
