According to the Heilongjiang Provincial Hydrology and Water Resources Center, the flood peak of the Songhua River No. 1 flood in 2026 has passed through the Tongjiang section and merged into the Heilong River. Due to the dual influence of incoming water from the Songhua River and upstream water, the flood peak of the Heilong River No. 1 flood in 2026 is expected to reach the Tongjiang station of the Heilong River mainstream tonight. The city of Tongjiang has activated a Level 3 flood emergency response.
