According to China Electric Power News, the Northeast Regulatory Bureau of the National Energy Administration recently issued the "Implementation Plan for the Centralized Quotation Work of Concentrated Renewable Energy Power Generation Enterprises in the Northeast Region," which systematically regulates the market pricing behavior of concentrated wind and photovoltaic power generation enterprises in Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang provinces. It is made clear that, in principle, only renewable energy power generation enterprises within the same group and province are allowed to engage in centralized quoting, while cross-group and cross-province centralized quoting is prohibited. Operators in a competitive relationship are prohibited from reaching monopoly agreements to fix or change commodity relationships.
