Hejing Technology: Shanghai Yishi has declared bankruptcy, and its 100% equity in Aorun Technology will be auctioned.

Hejing Technology announced that the first and second instance judgments of the equity transfer dispute litigation with Shanghai Yishi and Aurun Technology have been issued. Shanghai Yishi's application for a retrial was rejected, and it subsequently applied for bankruptcy liquidation. Recently, the Shanghai Third Intermediate Peoples Court declared Shanghai Yishi bankrupt and recognized the "Asset Liquidation Plan" prepared by its administrator. The administrator of Shanghai Yishi will auction its 100% equity in Aurun Technology on September 7-8, with a starting bid of 73.057 million yuan. The company has declared a creditor's claim, confirming a total amount of 82.1881 million yuan, which will be repaid according to the results of the asset liquidation.
