The country's first single-core high-cooling capacity dilution refrigeration machine has been launched.

Recently, under the authorized guidance of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Institute of Quantum Information and Quantum Technology Innovation, Guoshield Quantum successfully completed the engineering development of the dilution refrigerator ez-Q F1500, achieving its first offline production. The ez-Q F1500 achieves a cooling power of 1700 microwatts at a temperature of 100 milli-Kelvin and 48 W at a temperature of 20 mK, with a single-core cooling power reaching an internationally advanced level. The product will begin delivery in the second half of this year, laying the foundation for the subsequent development of a thousand-bit error-corrected superconducting quantum computer in our country.
