It explores data pricing models based on word element transactions, supports enterprise-level and individual-level professional domain context data collection and processing, and encourages the mass production of new data products such as expert avatars and service avatars. An annual quota of 100 million yuan in data vouchers will be issued, providing procurement entities with funding support of up to 1 million yuan, calculated at 10% of the annual data transaction amount.
