Moody's: Grants State Grid a proposed bond "A1" senior unsecured rating.

On August 7, Moody's assigned an "A1" senior unsecured rating to the bonds to be issued under the medium-term note (MTN) program of State Grid Overseas Investment (BVI) Limited, formerly known as State Grid Overseas Investment (2016) Limited. This company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China (referred to as "State Grid", A1 stable). The bonds to be issued will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by State Grid.
