At 06:00 on August 6, the National Meteorological Center continued to issue a blue alert for typhoons: The center of this year's 13th typhoon, "White Dolphin," was located in the northwest Pacific Ocean, about 1,360 kilometers east of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province at 5:00 this morning, specifically at 26.4 degrees north latitude and 134.3 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is at level 14, with the lowest central pressure at 955 hPa. The radius of the seven-level wind circle is 260-360 kilometers, the radius of the ten-level wind circle is 120-160 kilometers, and the radius of the twelve-level wind circle is 60-80 kilometers. It is expected that "White Dolphin" will move westward at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity or slight strengthening. After passing through the Ryukyu Islands during the day on the 7th, it will move into the East China Sea and gradually approach the coastal areas of East China.
