The original maturity date was August 4, 2026, and it has been extended to August 4, 2027. The pledgee is Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., and the purpose is for its own funding needs. As of the announcement date, Heyi Investment and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 176 million shares, accounting for 42.48% of their holdings and 17.95% of the total share capital. The company stated that its operations are currently normal, the pledge risk is controllable, and it will not lead to a change in actual control.
