Chongqing Water Affairs: 46.6399 million yuan to acquire the Phase II assets of the Tongnan South District sewage treatment plant.

The announcement from Chongqing Water Affairs states that Chongqing Yuxi Water Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, has acquired assets and related debts of the second phase expansion project of the Tongnan South District Wastewater Treatment Plant, constructed by the related party Chongqing Water Environment Group, for 46.6399 million yuan. This transaction has been reviewed by a special meeting of the companys independent directors and the 30th meeting of the sixth board of directors, and does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting. In the past 12 months, the cumulative amount of related party transactions between the company and the same related party is 92.7484 million yuan, accounting for 0.54% of the latest audited net assets. The transaction still requires the completion of procedures according to state-owned asset supervision regulations.
