According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Lingxin Qiaoshou Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Yanbai as the legal representative. The business scope includes the manufacturing of service consumption robots; development of basic artificial intelligence software; artificial intelligence public data platform; motor manufacturing; sale of intelligent robots, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that this company is wholly owned by Lingxin Qiaoshou Technology Co., Ltd. through indirect ownership.
