Apple Inc. has once again taken action in its case against OpenAI, accusing the artificial intelligence company of organized theft of information regarding products it plans to release. The company is requesting a federal judge to immediately order OpenAI to cease using the business secrets it claims were stolen. Apple seeks a court order requiring OpenAI to return all confidential information and to stop any attempts to acquire other non-public information. Apple requests that this order remain in effect throughout the course of the litigation. "If Apple's trade secrets are used and disseminated by OpenAI, or embedded in its products and operations, the damage will be irreparable," the company's lawyer stated in a motion on Tuesday.
