The diesel supply crisis is worsening, and Goldman Sachs says Russia is "very concerning to us."
Goldman Sachs stated that as risks to Russian supply loom and the U.S.-Iran war causes disruptions, diesel is at the core of a tightening fuel supply. Samantha Dart, Co-Head of Global Commodities Research at Goldman Sachs, remarked, "The situation in Russia is certainly something we are very concerned about. The Russia issue has persisted for about four years now, so this situation could continue." "It is clear that Russian crude oil exports are actually not an issue, but refined oil exports are another story. Therefore, this is the part of supply disruption that worries me the most, because we don't know when this situation will end."
