Zhongan Finance APP News, Yingfeng Environment (000967.SZ) announced that recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Yingfeng Environment Investment Co., Ltd., as one of the limited partners (LP), signed a "Partnership Agreement" with Tianjin Lisi Mingtang Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), to invest 17 million yuan of its own funds to subscribe for shares of Tianjin Lisi Xinghan Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Lisi Xinghan Fund"). The fund will mainly invest in the high-tech field.
