Boshen Co., Ltd.: Plans to establish a joint venture and purchase operational assets to develop the insulation pipe business.

On August 4th, Boshen Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to jointly invest with Shandong Wanchang Shun Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture. The company will invest 140 million yuan for a 70% stake. After the establishment of the joint venture, it will purchase the operating assets of Wanchang Shun and its affiliated enterprises in cash, taking over their existing production capacity, customers, and technological resources, and will engage in related businesses of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipelines.
