*ST Yijing announced that its holding subsidiary Changzhou Yijing is involved in two related lawsuits due to the aftermath of the "Photovoltaic Module Purchase and Sale Contract" signed with China Railway Seventh Engineering Group Co., Ltd. in 2022. In case Yu 0105 Minchu 29935, China Railway Seventh Engineering claims that Changzhou Yijing should return the excess advance payment of 22,847,200 yuan and compensation for breach of contract; Changzhou Yijing, as the plaintiff in case Su 0413 Minchu 7886, claims that the opposing party should cooperate to complete the 38,241,600 yuan value-added tax invoice's tax red issuance, otherwise should compensate for the refundable tax loss of 4,399,500 yuan. Both cases have not yet gone to court for trial.
