Jinlongyu announced that recently the company's actual controller and majority shareholder, Zheng Youshui, has released the pledge on 12 million shares, which accounts for 4.88% of the shares he holds and 2.77% of the company's total share capital. The creditor for the pledge is Zheshang Securities Co., Ltd. As of August 3, 2026, Zheng Youshui has a total of 81.42 million shares pledged, accounting for 33.10% of the shares he holds and 18.81% of the company's total share capital. The pledged shares do not face risks of forced liquidation or transfer, and the release of the pledge will not result in a change of the company's actual control.
