Weilong Co., Ltd. announced that Fan Qingwei and his concerted parties Fan Yulong and Huilong Enterprise Management, due to their own financial needs, reduced their holdings by 976,000 shares through block trading on August 4, bringing their total shareholding ratio down from 55.38% to 55%. Fan Qingwei's previous reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented, and there is no possibility of continuing to increase or decrease their holdings in the next 12 months.
