The number of Spotify Premium subscribers has surpassed 300 million.

On August 4th, local time, Spotify announced its second-quarter revenue of 4.78 billion euros, a year-on-year increase of 14%; the operating profit for the second quarter was 655 million euros, a year-on-year increase of 61%; the number of Premium paying users increased by 9% year-on-year to 300 million, while the number of monthly active users grew by 12% year-on-year to 777 million.
