On August 4, Chengdu offered a plot of residential land measuring 24.55 acres in Cuijiadian, with a planned building area of 38,901.54 square meters and a floor area ratio of 2.38. The starting bid for the floor price was 14,800 yuan per square meter, equivalent to an initial total price of 576 million yuan. Ultimately, the Chenghua Development and Far East Hongxin consortium won the bid for the plot at a floor price of 14,800 yuan per square meter.
