According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Luxihe River Trading Co., Ltd. was established, with Cheng Jianhua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million RMB. The business scope includes the sale of daily necessities, supply chain management services, domestic trade agency, and technology import and export, among others. Shareholder information indicates that the company is wholly owned by Luxihe River Food Co., Ltd.
