Boeing 737 MAX-7 receives FAA certification for airworthiness.

On August 3 local time, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration officially approved the type certification of the Boeing 737 MAX-7. The FAA stated that this certification reflects years of continuous efforts to resolve complex technical issues and the comprehensive review of the design and accompanying safety analysis for this aircraft model. The FAA indicated that safety inspectors will continue to be stationed at Boeing's production facilities across the country to closely monitor the manufacturing process, including observing and assessing Boeing's safety management system and safety culture.
