Currently, as the "dual carbon" strategic goals are deeply advanced, the implementation of the National VII emission standards has entered a critical window period. The demands for pollution control from mobile sources such as motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery, as well as industrial compliance upgrades, are becoming increasingly urgent. This cooperation is an important measure taken by both parties to respond to national strategies and to overcome challenges collaboratively. The two sides will focus on in-depth cooperation in areas such as joint tackling of core technologies, product testing and certification, and jointly build a development laboratory to promote the formulation and revision of standards, integration of laboratory resources, and to work together to drive the digital and green transformation of the industry.
