Zhituo Finance APP news, WuXi AppTec (603259.SH) has disclosed the draft for the 2026 A-share employee stock ownership plan, which is aimed at management personnel and core technical backbones of the company (including wholly-owned or controlled subsidiaries), totaling no more than 4,000 people. The funding for the employee stock ownership plan will come from the long-term incentive fund allocated by the company, specifically a dedicated incentive fund calculated according to compensation-related management regulations, with a total not exceeding 1 billion yuan.
