TIANHE SOLAR ENERGY announced that from July 1 to July 31, 2026, the new guarantee amount for the company and its subsidiaries reached 3.051 billion yuan, accounting for 14.22% of the latest audited net assets. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the balance of external guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries within the consolidated financial statements was 44.899 billion yuan, accounting for 209.24% of the latest audited net assets, among which the balance of guarantees for subsidiaries included in the consolidated financial statements was 42.957 billion yuan. The company has no overdue external guarantees, and this guarantee is within the limit approved by the shareholders' meeting, thus no further review procedures are required.
