Boteng Co., Ltd. announced that its second-tier holding subsidiary, Suzhou Boteng Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., recently obtained a "Drug Manufacturing License" issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Drug Administration, valid until July 26, 2031. This license signifies that Suzhou Boteng is qualified to undertake the compliant contract manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products, which is beneficial for promoting the company's CDMO business in cell and gene therapy. The acquisition of the "Drug Manufacturing License" is not expected to have a significant impact on the company's performance in the fiscal year 2026.
