Shanghai Electric announced that as of July 31, 2026, the company's statutory/registered H-shares amount to 2.924 billion shares, while A-shares total 12.616 billion shares, with no increase or decrease compared to last month. By the end of this month, the total statutory/registered capital will be 1.555 billion yuan. The number of issued H-shares and A-shares remains 2.924 billion shares and 12.616 billion shares respectively, with zero treasury shares, also unchanged from last month, and it meets the applicable public holding requirement.
