Two Departments: Build an Intelligent Power Dispatching System
The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of a New Power System." The plan proposes to continuously optimize the dispatch mechanism, promote the transformation of the collaborative control model between main and distributed microgrids, and enhance capacity building. It aims to explore new collaborative operation control models for "Shagehuang" bases, integrated wind and solar bases, and new forms of electricity service. It emphasizes improving grid connection technology standards and dispatch regulations, strengthening the coordination between power dispatching, electricity markets, and demand-side management. It also highlights the need to enhance the network-related operations and management of various grid-connected operators. The "Regulations on the Management of Power Grid Dispatch" will be revised in a timely manner. The plan aims to accelerate the integration of advanced digital information technology with advanced dispatch control technology, enhance the intelligent control of the power grid and real-time system balancing capabilities, and promote the absorption of renewable energy.
