Driven by major clients such as NVIDIA, AMD, and Broadcom actively seizing production capacity, TSMC's goal of achieving a monthly production of 180,000 wafers with its 3-nanometer process, originally set for the end of the year, is expected to be accomplished ahead of schedule in early the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, orders for the 2-nanometer process are also rapidly heating up, and by the end of this year, its monthly wafer shipments are expected to approach 100,000 as planned.
