On August 2, 2026, around 12:00, a fire broke out at a construction site of the Yuanyuanfeng Food Co., Ltd. in the Shili Industrial Park of Ling Shan, Qinzhou, Guangxi. After receiving the report, the fire rescue, police, emergency, health, and other departments in Ling Shan immediately rushed to the scene to handle the situation. Four people were trapped at the scene, and all have been rescued; however, two people died after resuscitation efforts failed, and two others were injured and have been sent to the hospital for treatment, and are not in life-threatening condition. Currently, the open flames have been extinguished, and follow-up work related to the fire, the investigation into the cause of the incident, and personnel information verification is underway.
